Responsibilities

    • Prepare Plan documents including but not limited to initial documents, restatements, amendments (required and discretionary) and documents for correction programs using document software (FT Williams)
    • Compile documents to send to client (Print/Scan, electronic)
    • Work with and maintain electronic files
    • Follow up on receipt of executed Plan documents and amendments via mail, email, or telephone
    • Evaluate documents for accuracy and completeness upon return
    • Utilization of data base to track work in its stages - maintain information and produce any necessary reports
    • Requesting TIN's for Plans
    • Prepare EPCRS submission materials, as requested
    • Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulation applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures and internal controls, and meet all job-specific training requirements in a timely fashion

Qualifications

  • College Degree and/or professional designation from ASPPA, ERPA, CEBS, NIPA or paralegal certificate
  • Experience in working with qualified plans
  • Well-Developed written and oral communication skills
  • Analyze problems and issues and present possible solutions
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments and multitask
  • Meet tight deadlines and due dates
  • Display an intermediate level of knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and as well as personal computer skills
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to his position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all job-specific training requirements in a timely fashion

Other Job Information

Hours: 40 hours/week

Compensation: Commensurate with experience plus potential for annual merit increase.
