Early Talent Intern

Your Role:

The Early Careers Intern will play a key role on the Aptiv Talent, Inclusion, and Employee Branding team. The role will entail coordinating events, engaging with fellow interns, and a significant amount of data reporting.

What You'll Do:

• Organize weekly internship cohort networking series
• Pull Data reports for multiple data sources
• Present program updates based on data findings
• Deploy Intern engagement surveys
• Execute the annual Intern Forum
• Coordinate all intern engagement opportunities
• Assist with the Apprentice Program deployment
• Additional projects as needed

What you'll need:

• Student graduating after December 2026, pursuing degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, Marketing, or relevant major
• Great oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Collaboration and customer focused
• Passionate about people, processes, and technology
• Data driven
