Your Role and Responsibilities
Control of NF requests on the customer portal;
Completing Excel spreadsheets with data from Vale requests sent on the customer portal;
Monitoring for delivery of SLAs on time;
Conference of information sent by the subcontractor;
Update power point presentations;
Update and development of dashboard in Power BI;
Mapping and development of automations;
Mapping and development of operational improvements.
