At the FT, we give all employees a voice so that diverse perspectives are heard and valued. We believe that a supportive workplace is one where employees feel they can be themselves at work. We'll continue to remove barriers for all, and in particular barriers facing employees from underrepresented groups.
The Team
One of the world’s leading global business news publishers - the Financial Times - is recognised as an innovator within the media industry, pioneering successful new digital business models and delivery. Within this dynamic, customer-centric organisation reacting to a fast-moving digital environment, the Customer Analytics team plays a pivotal role in driving the success of the FT, helping to shape all areas of our multichannel strategy.
Over the past 10 years, the Analytics team has established itself as an independent source of truth and strategic advice for the whole business, providing actionable insight to a variety of digital stakeholders across the business (i.e. Marketing, Product, Editorial, Sales, Senior Management Group).
The Role
The Experimentation Analyst will join the Experimentation & Optimisation team, a key component of the central team within Insight & Analytics. The scope of this role is company-wide, supporting our mission to share knowledge and best practices about running experiments as well as performing crucial analyses.
The Analyst is responsible for supporting the Experimentation & Optimisation team in all aspects of what it does, with a primary focus on the analysis of tests and insight sharing as well as offering support to teams who are running and analysing their own tests.
At the FT, several different experimentation tools operate concurrently, so a flexibility and willingness to learn is crucial.
