Team Schedule: ATL (Hybrid) – 3 days in office (T,W,TR)

The Pricing and Audit Analyst needs to have exceptional organizational skills and ability to take a creative approach to problem-solving. You will oversee complex projects and manage fast-moving operations that require resourcefulness, excellent judgment, and a sense of urgency. You will work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to, at times, work under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. You will perform diverse functions requiring initiative, thoroughness, and follow-through.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Pricing Audits

• Submit daily pricing & audit claim/credits in SAP/ERP platform to submit and clear high volume deductions for retail and Pro business channels

• Collaborate with Pricing Team to ensure DFI price changes are submitted and approved prior to effective date; support Pricing Team with on time price change approvals

• Execute pricing updates in NERP to execute timely invoice updates on open orders

• Audit/manage Pricing documentation (PACMAN and PPA) ensuring accuracy of pricing communications between Samsung and The Home Depot merchants

• Conduct start-to-end monthly and pricing chargeback audit validations and submissions

• Perform start-to-end internal audit of The Home Depot monthly/annual program billing

• Analyze and identify root cause of pricing variance events; ability to present findings in clear simple terms

• Provide recommendations on pricing/audit validations process improvements; develop process improvement plans

• Perform Contract audits for marketing programs identifying over-deductions

Finance - Budgeting & Reporting

• Consistent communication with Sales Finance teams to provide updates on pricing claim submissions including summary of monthly claims by product category

• Prepare and publish weekly model-level Executive Sales Summary reporting actualized sales for distribution to organizational leadership

• Management of Daily Sales Simulation/Analysis for current month sale trends

• Identify and develop reporting automations to drive operational improvements

Qualifications:

• 5-8 yrs in financial sector; Audit/Risk Management
• Bachelor’s Degree (Finance Related) or High School Diploma with equivalent work experience
• Financial Analysis/Audit Dispute Process  Advanced proficiency Excel required
• Ability to understand complex financial and operational processes
• Experience in Marketing and/or Sales environments preferred
