We are looking for a new colleague in the FinanceDepartment at our location in Livonia, Michigan.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze business cases for CQA process.
• Track Capex spend for the region and support CEA preparation with financial analysis/review.
• Prepare and analyze customer, product and portfolio profitability for the European Brake Controls Business Unit
• Provide the Operations Management and Sales organization with profitability information
• Working with Portfolio Directors and Sales Managers on the profitability of their products
• Identify and manage loss-making products on a platform level, coordinate improvement activities
• Manage the strategic planning process for North American Brake Controls Business Unit.
• Support high level management on strategic decision making and the realization of strategic action plans
• Improve profitability management systems, to support future global alignment.
• Support globally harmonized processes in financial systems and methods.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years experience in Finance and Accounting resulting in a base understanding of financial analysis/reporting, and accounting.
• Flexible, able to adapt and respond within fast-paced and often-changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work with professionals of all levels of experience and background.
• Ability to think critically and work independently.
• Experience in plant cost accounting and planning or Global Finance
• Experience working in an international environment / global thinking
