Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quadratic Funding Round Program Manager. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the entire end-to-end lifecycle of quadratic funding rounds on Giveth ensuring smooth execution from planning stage to donation phase to post-round analysis. You will work closely with various teams and stakeholders to set round specifications curate projects raise matching pools manage data analysis and basically run each round from start-to-finish effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate w/ partners and other stakeholders to determine round specifications such as; matching pool size eligible chains and tokens eligible projects etc.

• Collaborate with market & design teams to prepare communications for before during & after the round such as; email campaigns Twitter threads & spaces etc.

• Conduct outreach and strategize fundraising for matching pools managing sponsors & proposals and following up and reporting back achievements.

• Manage sponsor-related data and communications.

• During the round monitor support channels and address any issues promptly.

• Incorporate user feedback and other stakeholder suggestions to create and manage development issues for round improvements and adjustments; using1-on-1 meetings and surveys

• Coordinate developers partners and other stakeholders to effectively perform post-round data analysis with Google Sheets and other quantitative analysis tools.

• Create proposals and forum posts detailing funds distributions and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project or product management preferably in the Web3 or crowdfunding industry.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a remote work environment.

• Experience with fundraising campaigns and donor engagement strategies.

• Technical proficiency in data analysis crunching numbers and reporting tools; Excel/Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with blockchain technology and DeFi concepts.
