⭐ Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team.

As an SDR at Lodgify you will play a vital role in generating and qualifying leads as well as prequalifying inbound prospects to drive our sales efforts. If you're eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced digital environment this role is perfect for you!

⭐ How will you make an impact?

• Prequalify inbound leads generated by Lodgify’s marketing efforts through telephone.

• Communicate the value and benefits of Lodgify to potential customers tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs.

• Handle chats and incoming calls from prospective customers effectively identifying their needs and positioning Lodgify as the ideal solution.

• Generate qualify and review new leads ensuring a consistent flow of potential customers.

• Work closely with the Sales team to pass on qualified leads enabling them to close deals efficiently.

• Use our CRM system (HubSpot) to manage interactions record activity and keep contact records updated with precision.

⭐ What makes you a great fit?

• Excellent spoken and written English and Italian (both!) are essential.

• 1 year of SDR experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a dynamic telephone presence.

• A genuine passion for web-based solutions and the ability to convey that enthusiasm to potential customers.

• Desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment.
