Job Title: Senior Google PPC Paid Search Specialist
Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST
Compensation: $2,000 - $3,000 (based on assessment)

Job Summary:
We are looking to hire an experienced Senior Google PPC Specialist to join our Paid Search team. The ultimate objective is to grow and scale the client’s paid media accounts by driving equal or lower costs per customer acquisition while increasing paid media spending through Google. We need you to demonstrate proficiency in Advertising and Marketing principles to identify the most cost-effective solutions. Our clients will look to you for guidance, and ideation, and to bring their goals to reality.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive paid strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition, and drive new user acquisition and leads via paid Google Campaigns.
Dive deep into client brands to best understand needs, value propositions, products, and aesthetic
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify strategic advertising opportunities, target audience behavior, analyze products, markets, services, and current competitor strategies, providing crucial insights to inform media buying decisions and optimize campaign performance
Utilize Google Ads Manager, Analytics, and Supermetrics to develop insights and action items intended to increase client revenue MoM
Compile regular reports such as deck reports, audits, quarterly reviews, and dashboards to quantify results and communicate insights
Prepare advertising timelines for client onboarding, launch, and ongoing account maintenance
Create and test copy for Google campaigns to generate engagement from the targeted audience
Keep up-to-date with target audience preferences to proactively suggest new campaigns
Surface new digital technology developments, trends, techniques, and tools for leadership
Communicate updates, progress, and challenges with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
Must-haves:
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in eCommerce PPC Search and Shopping experience with a spend min of $20K/mo aggregately, and the capability to manage larger accounts effectively.
Two (2) years of experience working with digital agencies and managing 8-12 clients.
Expertise in Google Analytics in an eCommerce setting.
Fluent and proficient in English - both written and verbal communication
Ability to interpret data to proactively identify and solve problems
Communication skills - the kind where your message gets through to any audience
Creative problem-solving capabilities: think outside the box, inside the box, and all around the box
Ability to prioritize the priorities at the moment, know what you need to do and when you need to do it
Collaborate effectively in a team environment
Integrity, optimism, and respect regardless of the situation - are non-negotiable
Availability and willingness to operate within Central Standard Time timezone.
