StackAdapt is hiring a dynamic and experienced Head of Agency Partnerships to spearhead our strategic initiatives. This candidate will be the driving force behind our agency collaborations reporting directly to the VP of Global Enterprise and working closely with executive leadership to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment with a knack for cultivating strong relationships and identifying avenues for revenue growth. As our ideal candidate you'll bring a wealth of experience in media and ad tech leadership and a proven track record in fostering high-performing partnerships across holding company and independent agencies.

What you'll be doing:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to our global agency partners uncovering strategic opportunities that drive revenue growth.

• Spearhead the commercialization structure for agency partnerships for StackAdapt globally ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual success.

• Leverage your expertise to drive thought leadership foster long term agency partnerships and enhance revenue streams from our digital ecosystem.

• Foster close communication and alignment with Holding Company/ Independent Agencies and StackAdapt leadership to maximize voice of customer and thought leadership in Ad Tech innovation with StackAdapt product teams and agency innovation teams

• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop scalable programs and outreach initiatives tailored to agencies.

• Partner with peer sales leaders to set activation goals agency mapping and engagement strategies and utilization of global trading agreements.

• Build a new Global Agency Development team from the ground up and cultivate a high-performing team culture centered around accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Partner with internal and external marketing teams to drive education PR and industry thought leadership.

• Represent StackAdapt at industry events embodying our values and establishing a strong presence in the collective consciousness of the industry.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Exceptional emotional IQ with proven ability to facilitate relationship-building conflict resolution effective communication adaptability influencing and negotiation and stakeholder management.

• Excellent understanding of and passion for the overall advertising ecosystem and especially programmatic advertising.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in media account management or product solution selling within the agency landscape.

• Extensive leadership experience in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

• Proven track record of managing agency relationships or programs at a platform level.

• Expert knowledge of premium video media with a focus on programmatic advertising.

• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

• Experience in media or related industries preferably with a background in CTV or programmatic advertising.

• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
