Job Description
Nearform a global tech consultancy specializing in software solutions for enterprises is looking for a Head of Sales & Solutions to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the Americas region. You will lead a high-performing sales team develop and execute strategic sales plans and build strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a talented sales and solutions team fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and solutions strategies aligned with Nearform’s overall business objectives.

Identify acquire and nurture strategic client relationships building long-term partnerships.

Collaborate with technical teams to understand client needs and propose innovative solutions that drive business value.

Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Identify and pursue new market opportunities expanding Nearform’s footprint in the Americas.

Empower the sales team with the tools training and resources needed to succeed.

Effectively manage the sales pipeline ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities.

Work with partnerships team to identify opportunities to improve GTM motion.
To be Successful in this Role

At least 10 years of experience in a sales & solutions leadership role preferably in a technology consulting firm.

Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and emerging technologies.

Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

A passion for technology and commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
