Job Description

Job Function: Supply Chain - Go to market

  • Collaborate with Sourcing Units on shipping documents and other related documents required for imported raw/packaging materials and finished goods.
  • Prepare relevant documents for import licenses application and approvals from relevant government departments.
  • Regularly track import license approval and related application processes.
  • Manage Sourcing Units & Suppliers to ensure timely submission of documents, verify accuracy, and ensure correct documents are provided to clearance agents for customs clearance before shipment ETA.
  • Collaborate with Sourcing Units on shipping documents and other related documents required for imported raw/packaging materials and finished goods.
  • Coordinate with Clearance Agents to ensure timely shipment clearance for sales, avoiding any detention and demurrage charges.
  • Work with the Warehouse on container receipt plans.
  • Track shipments shipping schedules, clearance, and goods receiving at the warehouse.
  • Cooperate with the UL global freight team as needed.
  • Verify and sign off on the accuracy of clearance cost claims from service providers and submit them to finance.
  • Work with finance to ensure timely payment to suppliers, avoiding any overdue payments.
  • Prepare and submit reports related to import shipments.
  • Lead and represent the import operations team in cross-functional collaborations.

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain/Logistics Management, Business Administration/Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
