Job Description
Job Function: Supply Chain - Go to market
- Collaborate with Sourcing Units on shipping documents and other related documents required for imported raw/packaging materials and finished goods.
- Prepare relevant documents for import licenses application and approvals from relevant government departments.
- Regularly track import license approval and related application processes.
- Manage Sourcing Units & Suppliers to ensure timely submission of documents, verify accuracy, and ensure correct documents are provided to clearance agents for customs clearance before shipment ETA.
- Collaborate with Sourcing Units on shipping documents and other related documents required for imported raw/packaging materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate with Clearance Agents to ensure timely shipment clearance for sales, avoiding any detention and demurrage charges.
- Work with the Warehouse on container receipt plans.
- Track shipments shipping schedules, clearance, and goods receiving at the warehouse.
- Cooperate with the UL global freight team as needed.
- Verify and sign off on the accuracy of clearance cost claims from service providers and submit them to finance.
- Work with finance to ensure timely payment to suppliers, avoiding any overdue payments.
- Prepare and submit reports related to import shipments.
- Lead and represent the import operations team in cross-functional collaborations.

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain/Logistics Management, Business Administration/Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
