We are seeking a high-energy results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our influencer campaigns across the US & UK markets .
This is a remote full-time position . If you thrive in a fast-paced environment have a can-do attitude and can manage high volumes of influencer partnerships we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities

Develop and execute high-volume influencer campaigns.

Manage large-scale influencer collaborations ensuring strong content performance and brand alignment.

Negotiate influencer partnerships securing the best rates and ROI-driven deals.

Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Foster positive long-term relationships with influencers for ongoing collaborations.

Ensure attention to detail in contracts content approvals and campaign execution.

Stay ahead of social media trends algorithm updates and high-performing content formats.
Requirements

Proven experience managing high-scale influencer campaigns in the US & UK markets.

Ability to handle multiple influencer activations simultaneously.

Strong negotiation skills to secure high-impact partnerships.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance.

Positive energy & can-do attitude thriving in a fast-paced high-growth environment.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Understanding of social media algorithms.

Knowledge of weight loss products or health & wellness is a plus.
Nice to Have

Experience with Looker Studio Superset.

Experience with whitelisting and paid social amplification.

Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools.
