Ad Butler is looking for a exceptional intermediate or senior full stack software developers for our high performance distributed ad tech service.

Being a fully remote team we look for people with a lot to contribute you won’t be sitting in a corner doing the same thing every day. You will need strong analytical design and troubleshooting skills as well as the ability to collaborate and take ownership of projects.

Your Role as a Full Stack Developer

We are looking for someone:
  • With excellent communication skills
  • With excellent problem solving and debugging skill
  • Who enjoys and excels working in a loosely structured small team environment
  • Who is self-motivated and is able to work with minimal supervision
  • Who proactively works to improve our codebase processes and engineering culture
  • Who has proven skills building high-performance large-scale distributed services

Key Technical Skill
  • 4+ years experience in PHP or other server side language
  • 2+ years experience with a JS framework
  • 2+ years MySQL or equivalent relational databases

Additional Skills
  • PHP 8.x+ knowledge and Object-Oriented design patterns
  • RESTful API design
  • Knowledge of Vue.js
  • ClickHouse or similar column-oriented database
  • Kafka or similar event streaming system
  • Linux server admin
  • Post-secondary education in engineering or computer science would be an asset
  • Experience with AI/ML ops or deploying AI tech at scale
