Job Description

Position Summary:

The CMI Trainee will be a member of the CE&O department, working closely with CMI Sr Manager in generating strategic insights on Iberia cluster, on performance and market dynamics monitoring, utilizing primary and secondary market research, as well as internal and external quantitative data sources and advanced analytics.

Responsibilities:

Forecasting & Analytics:

• Supporting the development of our monthly forecasts, providing input into scenarios, assumptions, and key market events
• Applying analytical expertise to support insight generation process, integrating various qualitative and quantitative sources
• Leveraging analytical expertise to align and support organization during business reviews, annual operating planning and management meeting
• Supporting the CMI team in streamlining processes and automating analytical tools and models

Business Performance Assessment:

• Supporting Brand Leads providing a thorough understanding of the market and brand performance
• Contributing to developing and automating performance reports, used to tracks performance vs target and Key Performance Indicators

Market research & Competitor Intelligence

• Coordinating assigned Market Research within CMI team and identifying gaps and needs to help elevate the level of understanding within the team and among key stakeholders
• Identifying and collecting Competitive Intelligence helping add further depth to our market understanding

Qualifications

• Final year of Master's degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics
• Excellent mastery of Excel
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Knowledge Power BI tool will be desirable
• Analytical, pragmatic, and logical mindset
• Innovative mindset
• Ability to create clear summaries and defend strong recommendations
• Client-oriented – responsiveness, flexibility, adaptability
• Interpersonal skills (listening and communication)
• Autonomy and organizational skills

• Horario: de 9:00 a 17:30 de lunes a jueves (con una hora para comer) y de 8:00 a 15:00 los viernes.
• Dirección: Paseo de la Castellana, nº41. 28046 Madrid.
• Ayuda a la beca: 800€ brutos/mes.
• Tique restaurante: 200€/mes (excepto durante el mes de agosto).
