Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead large scale projects from initial conception to implementation for one of our industry-leading clients, or a Scrum Master to drive Scrum in agile projects.

This position involves large scale agile development projects and cross-divisional projects, and we are looking for someone who can manage and lead appropriately even in highly challenging projects.

This is an important role that will enable the realisation of customer DX by executing projects based on the customer's management strategy and vision.

• Experience in leading overall large scale projects across multiple solutions/teams.
• Basic knowledge required in IT systems development and operation.
• Experience in developing and implementing enterprise systems.
• Experience in project management, including experience in consulting firms and business enterprises, and scrum master in agile projects.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• PMP qualifications.
• Certified Scrum Master Qualification.
• PMI-ACP qualification.

• Communicate and manage expectations with clients, has the leadership skills to organise team members, understands large scale agile development and project management methodologies, and can release the required solutions to the market in a timely manner.
• Able to communicate smoothly with customers and internal staff.

• Communicate with multiple stakeholders and control communication as complex projects are expected to be undertaken across business divisions.
