The Lead IT Product Owner (PO) role is responsible for managing and communicating the vision and roadmap for products to the Consumer Identity Access Management (CIAM) Scrum team by defining user stories and prioritizing product backlog. The role drives value to the business by building and maintaining a product backlog in collaboration with the CIAM Product Manager, stakeholders and the CIAM Scrum team.
The Lead IT Product Owner (PO) role is responsible for managing and communicating the vision and roadmap for products to the Consumer Identity Access Management (CIAM) Scrum team by defining user stories and prioritizing product backlog. The PO represents the voice of the customer to the team and should articulate WHAT is to be delivered but leave it to the team to determine the HOW . The role drives value to the business by building and maintaining a product backlog in collaboration with the CIAM Product Manager, stakeholders and the CIAM Scrum team. The PO owns the articulation and prioritization of backlog in small increments of value that can be delivered by their team in 2-week iterations.
The Product Owner is expected to be knowledgeable on the CIAM product and underlying platforms that the delivery teams are supporting. They should have a solid understanding of Identity and Access Management and consumer IAM work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies, and operating standards.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$112,400 - $154,900 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
