Deliver both short-term commercial impact and longer-term differentiated business value and customer experiences as part of the Global Search team.
In the Search team we are looking to improve the technology to manage Nike e-commerce Paid Search advertising and compliment the overall Nike Digital growth. Our goal is to engage with the right online users depending on their search intent and this role is a crucial part of achieving this at scale.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial player to unlock a new capabilities and innovations in the field of Paid Search, testing, feeds management, audiences and media automation. This manager will establish relationships between other channels and Paid Search, scale insights across critical initiatives and incorporate findings into the search program.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Contribute to the Paid Search strategy and adoption of sophisticated technologies, solutions and processes.
- Manage performance metrics and business insights while sharing takeaways cross functionally.
- Test and learn agenda: Drive the synergies between every GEOs testing roadmap.
- Develop Product Solutions around the Feed technology to power value-based bidding, Shopping and O2O campaigns.
- Ensure key-signals such as New Customer Acquisition, LTV, multi-touch attribution and others are ingested for advanced decisioning.
- Work closely together with Marketing Science, Technical Product, and our digital advertising partners.
As a Paid Search manager, you will be a member of the Global Search Team. You will be leading key strategic growth initiatives and responsible for elevating the core components of our Paid Search program. Within this role you will work in partnership with Nike geo search teams, Marketing Science, Technical product teams, our Agencies and our partners in the digital advertising ecosystem (Google, Microsoft and Apple).
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
- 4+ years in the field of Performance Marketing, Search and/or Marketing Analytics.
- Knowledge of the Digital ecosystem and digital marketing channels (Paid Search specifically).
- A basic understanding of different attribution models (MMM, MTA).
- Strong problem solving and analytical attitude combined with excellent critical thinking skills
- Strong partner management skills.
