This position is responsible for the creation of engaging and compelling marketing material that inspires advertising partners to engage with our team and ultimately support our media monetization channels. The right candidate has the ability to be hands on in building and driving campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of brand positioning and the skill to distill this information into customer relevant, focused communication.
Recipe for Success - What's "in store" for the role

• Build marketing materials that present products in a way that showcases their unique points of differentiation.
• Leverage customer insights and external expertise to advise design team on customer point of view to ensure communication cohesiveness between design and message.
• Assist with the creation, scheduling and management of content for social channels.
• Interact with PR staff to ensure that copy specifics are stated in a manner that is technically and legally accurate.
• Measure and report the impact of and outcomes of marketing activities.
• Coordinate ad hoc meetings with the sale team to review current marketing efforts and determine future needs.
• Participate in developing the strategy for the creation of sales team presentations.
• Coordinate team inclusion in brand playbooks.
• Schedule team participation in industry events.
• Compile competitors' data by distinguishing their product characteristics, market share and pricing.

The Essentials In Your Cart - The required ingredients

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years in retail media or similar field

• Self-starter and able to move projects forward and meet deadlines
• Strong oral and written communication as well as excellent presentation skills
• A strong attention to detail across different mediums
• Expert at synthesizing broad information into concise sound bites for easy consumer comprehension that captures their imagination.
