About The Role
The Marketing Lead CORE at CALSTART will create and manage marketing campaigns from ideation to execution. This position requires a dynamic marketer with excellent communication skills and a passion for sustainable transportation solutions. The Marketing Lead will report to the Senior Marketing Manager Trucks and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Duties & Responsibilities

The Clean Off-Road Equipment Voucher Incentive Project (CORE) is a multi-million incentive project intended to encourage California off-road equipment users to purchase or lease currently commercialized zero-emission off-road equipment. This streamlined voucher incentive project helps offset the higher cost of zero-emission technology with a point-of-sale discount.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscape within the clean transportation industry focusing on the adoption of zero-emissions in off-road equipment.

Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and campaigns.

Content Creation: Create and draft engaging content including copy and initial design for brochures emails case studies and social media posts.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
-
5+ years professional experience
-
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Marketing Communications Business or equivalent experience.

A scrappy self-starter and a strong project manager with the ability to bring structure to undefined procedures.

Strong communication skills with proven ability to lead projects effectively with cross-functional partners both internally and externally.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are a must along with the ability to multitask manage deadlines and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms: Monday.com MailChimp Hootsuite Canva MS office Google Analytics.

Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Passion for sustainability and clean transportation solutions.

$72000 - $85760 a year
CALSTART values transparency and strives to provide as much information regarding compensation as possible. The salary range for this role is $72000 - $85760. We determine pay based on several factors including but not limited to job-related skills qualifications experience education internal equity and other factors relevant to the job
