Working independently, the Omnichannel Senior Associate Manager will be responsible for developing and executing insight-led marketing programs for King Hawaiian and other Irresistible Food Groups Brands that help drive shoppers through their Learn-Plan-Shop purchase journey. This role will provide shopper marketing expertise and support for our IFG Sales 'ohana to bring national brand campaigns to life within the retailer's ecosystems - both physical and digital. In addition to leading cross functional interactions with agency, sales, and marketing stakeholders to build and deliver best-in-class retailer focused marketing activations, you will be responsible for post-program performance analysis, insights, and recommendations to optimize future program effectiveness.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead coordination and alignment between agency partners, marketing team and sales team to plan and execute custom retailer activations that support brand, sales and customer objectives.
  • Lead the customer planning cycle (12-month plans) within the assigned retailers.
  • Define and align pre-program KPI's based on historical activations and category benchmarks.
  • Provide detailed post-program performance score card analysis leveraging IRI and other available data sets to identify drags, drivers and actionable insights/recommendations.
  • Manage assigned Omnichannel Marketing Budget to ensure accurate spending across numerous retailer specific activations.
  • Drive the digital/e-commerce component of the shopper journey to convert shoppers into brand buyers.
  • Assist in developing omnichannel strategy that supports future business planning cycle.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; Master's degree in business administration (MBA) from an accredited institution preferred
  • At least 2 years years of experience in brand management, shopper marketing, or channel marketing required, or 5 years in sales account management running retailer-specific campaigns

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE)
  • Proven analytical capability pulling and deriving insights from data, preferably fluent with IRI/Nielsen and or/other first party retailer data
  • Strong financial acumen related to running a budget and return on investment analysis
  • Familiarity with customer strategies and Retail Media assets
  • Strong creative thinker with the ability to develop unique customer solutions to drive overall sales and display metrics
  • Expert communication and collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate with cross functional teams and agency partners where competing priorities may exist
  • Desire to develop deep expertise in omnichannel strategy and tactics, continually seeking out new omnichannel trends and opportunities
  • Expertise of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) applications.
  • Self-starter / highly motivated willing to take action with the ability to think and react quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Excited by working in fast paced, ever-changing entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
