About the Onboarding Ecommerce Site Manager

Reporting to the Senior Onboarding Manager, and working closely with the Onboarding and Product teams, you will manage the implementation of our new partners’ recommerce websites by managing all configurable elements of the site experience, liaising with the partners and continuously refining the site management onboarding playbook. This role will ensure our partners and their customers are delighted with Trove’s offering and set new programs up for success from launch.

What You’ll Do 

  • Manage the site implementation of Trove’s new partners, working closely with Product & Design teams during the site design, build, testing and launch phases.
  • Manage site configurations, including transactional emails, landing pages, resale & trade-in funnels so they are optimized for UX and program efficacy. 
  • Manage external partner asset delivery timelines against overall onboarding project plan
  • Leverage knowledge of the brand, customer behavior and catalog to define  site search & merchandising best practices for maximum conversion.
  • Work with Product to influence product offering and tooling strategy
  • Drive process improvements to the onboarding playbook to launch new partner sites more efficiently

Experience You Bring

  • Experience in ecommerce, site marketing, design, or merchandising roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing an ecommerce site (ecommerce production)
  • Demonstrated experience supporting technical product roadmaps, implementing software applications and/or providing strategic advisory services
  • Experience driving partner-facing cross-functional initiatives to deliver results
  • Self starter and effective at time & task management, ability to look across landscape and prioritize and execute
  • Attention to detail. Does not let details slip through the cracks or derail a project
  • Persistence. Demonstrates willingness to go the distance to get something done
  • Proactivity. Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company
  • Communication. Interacts with Trove partners with professionalism and confidence
  • Consultative. Uses prior learnings to recommend best site experience to partners.
  • Self-starter with well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Comfortable in an ambiguous, fast-paced and high-growth start-up environment

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Ecommerce experience
  • Brand or retail experience
  • Design experience
  • Site marketing or SEO experience
  • Experience with CMS tools such as builder.io, Prismic, etc.
