In addition to Pharmacy Benefit Administrative Services, we offer 340B Administration, Hospice and Long-Term Care Services.

Why Join Us:

  • Best Employer: PDMI was voted a Best Employer in Ohio for the 4th consecutive year in 2024!
  • Meaningful Work: Contribute to improving healthcare quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work with passionate professionals who share your drive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot daily operational jobs in Linux and Windows environments.
  • Ensure the timely execution of batch jobs, scripts, and other scheduled processes.
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and IT teams to enhance processes.
  • Focus on continuous improvement, automating repetitive tasks, and optimizing workflows.
  • Maintain documentation for operational processes and provide after-hours support as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 3+ years in IT operations or system administration, with a strong focus on Linux environments.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Linux command-line operations and shell scripting (Bash, Python, etc.).
    • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic administrative tasks.
    • Experience with automation tools, job scheduling (Cron, Task Scheduler), and monitoring solutions.
    • Knowledge of version control (Git), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS ideal).
    • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues in real time.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for collaboration and documentation.

Education & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote work flexibility from approved locations within the U.S.
  • A supportive culture that prioritizes work-life balance with paid parental leave and flexible schedules.
  • A chance to work with a team that celebrates innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
