Job Details

1. Fulfill all the legal regulatory requirements, set forth by the Country Ministry of Health. (Cumplir con todas las regulaciones y legislaciones establecidas por la COFEPRIS)

2. Maintain and assure compliance with applicable ICH, GMP, GCP, GDP and FDA Good Clinical Practices, local regulatory affairs, legal requirements, and World Courier Standard Operating Procedures (or any other so required). (Asegurar el cumplimiento a las normas internacionales, buenas prácticas y Procedimientos Operativos Estándar de la compañía para el manejo de los materiales)

3. Comply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures, which contain all specific instructions to develop the Depot daily activities, from the moment of reception of the products until the shipment/ delivery of the products to the sites. (Cumplir con los Procedimientos Operativos Estándar de World Courier que contienen las instrucciones y especificaciones para desempeñar las actividades diarias del Depósito, desde la recepción de los productos hasta el embarque/distribución de los productos en los sitios.)

4. Have deep knowledge of all the protocols stored at WC Depot in order to provide instructions to all the Depot Staff. (Conocer todos los protocolos almacenados en el Depósito de World Courier para proporcionar instrucciones adecuadas para su manejo a todo el personal).

5. Verify and organize all the documentation received, shipment arrival conditions, storage and all extra documentation related to Product received at the Depot. (Verificar y organizar la documentación de recibo, condiciones de embarque, almacenamiento y cualquier documento adicional relacionado con los productos ingresados al Depósito)

6. Perform periodic Depot Self-Inspections to assure everything at the Facility is working as established in WC SOPs. (Realizar inspecciones periódicas dentro del Depósito para asegurarse que se cumplen todas las condiciones establecida por los POE's en World Courier)

7. Perform any other duties the employee has been trained for. (Realizar cualquier otra función relacionada para la que esté capacitado).

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS (EXPERIENCIA Y REQUISITOS ACADEMICOS):

1. Degree in Pharmacy or advanced student qualifications. (Título en área Farmacéutica)

2. Full command of English. (Competencia en el idioma Inglés)

3. Excellent interpersonal relationships. (Excelentes relaciones interpersonales)

4. Be able to take initiatives and responsibilities. (Capacidad de tomar la iniciativa y responsabilidades) 5. Computer skills. (Habilidades computacionales)
