Job Description

Job Purpose

We are currently looking for a committed Product Compliance Specialist to join our team.

The primary goal of this position is to manage and guarantee full compliance of our product offerings—including raw materials and final goods—with global regulatory frameworks and sustainability guidelines. This critical role covers various product categories such as leather goods, footwear, apparel, and accessories.

The position requires a hands-on approach in collaborating with internal teams and external testing laboratories to ensure that all compliance requirements are consistently met.

Responsibilities

· Performing ongoing research and evaluations of global regulations to identify new compliance requirements for product importation and commercialization;

· Overseeing the alignment of raw materials and finished products with international standards, while managing partnerships with external testing laboratories;

· Supervising external laboratories, including reviewing test reports and coordinating the management of product samples for evaluation;

· Carrying out regular audits to ensure adherence to established testing protocols and consistently monitoring the supply chain to verify compliance;

· Supporting internal teams by providing guidance on compliance procedures and addressing technical or methodological concerns;

· Coordinating seamlessly with all departments involved in the compliance process to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in product compliance, ideally within Leather Goods, Footwear, Ready-to-Wear, and Accessories;
  • Solid knowledge of product development workflows;
  • Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks in a dynamic and fast-paced production environment;
  • Skilled in building and maintaining relationships across multiple departments, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • Exceptional attention to detail combined with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines;
  • A flexible and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to evolving requirements;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
