Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to help us shape the future of FigJam an online whiteboard where entire teams ideate and brainstorm together. Purpose-built for every stage of your end-to-end workflows FigJam fuels everything from diagrams to design sprints — whether you’re working alone or collaborating with your extended team no matter where in the world they’re based.
This is an exciting opportunity to democratize access to the entire product development process by making visual communication easier leading teams to move faster be more creative be more ambitious and ship higher quality products collaboratively.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:

Guide the vision strategy and execution for FigJam

Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement the product roadmap
-
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning
-
Build the product roadmap define requirements and prioritize features based on user feedback and business objectives

Find opportunities to leverage new technologies like LLMs to build innovative workflows that solve real problems for the design community
We'd love to hear from you if you have:

4+ years of experience as a full-time Product Manager
-
Experience working with designers or other creative professionals as a customer base or experience working on community-oriented products
-
Experience shipping high-quality software products that made a difference for your customers

Experience performing customer research to better understand your customers and uncover their true needs
