Employee must obtain/maintain Non-critical Sensitive/Secret security clearance
Pre-employment urinalysis testing and random testing required
This is an acquisition position coded level III in Business-Financial Management. Selectee must obtain mandatory DAWIA certification within 24 months of entrance on duty
Selectee must acquire 80 continuous learning points every 2 years
This is a Financial Management Level III Certified position. Incumbent shall comply with the requirements of the certification program

Qualifications

You may qualify at the NH-04, if you fulfill the following qualifications:

A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13/NH-03 grade level in the Federal service as listed below:

Experience using advanced management and organizational practices; advanced business and financial management systems structures and techniques, and new business and financial management systems.
Experience with systems modifications, systems integration, and core business and financial management modernization.
Experience with entering, monitoring and correcting budgets in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial management system, specifically appropriated funds, including an understanding of the different budgetary levels of funding (appropriation, apportionment, allotment, sub-allotment)

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Selectee or incumbent must be able to obtain the appropriate certification level for their position. This is a Financial Management Level 3 Certified position. IAW Public Law 112-81 and DoD Policy the incumbent shall comply with the requirements of DoD FM Certification program within the allotted timeframe. Only experience and education obtained by the closing date of this announcement will be considered.
