The Opportunity

DAT is looking for a seasoned Program Manager to join our Information Technology team in Beaverton, OR or Denver, CO.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, and be able to link back projects to the larger technology portfolio. As a key member of the technology team, the Program Manager will work closely with project teams, internal business leaders, and management to drive cross-functional technology projects to successful completion, and ensure the delivery of projects that meet the needs of the business.

What You’ll Do

• Drive cross-functional technology projects to successful completion
• Translate business needs into technical requirements
• Create project plans and product roadmaps, including task breakdown, estimating, dependency tracking, and scheduling
• Report project status and risks to leadership and track the Technology portfolio status
• Participate in architecture and technology decisions with business stakeholders and leaders
• Develop architecture and technology roadmaps into a deliverable portfolio
• Continuously seek to identify and remove project impediments
• Mentor and assist in the growth of team members
• Champion initiatives to improve the project delivery process at DAT

The Skills and Experience You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience managing and delivering projects in a matrixed environment
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively work with professionals from different disciplines and skill levels
• Passion for delivering high-quality results
• Understanding of and experience adapting Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience building business requirements into a clear plan and translating them into technical stories
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Google Workspace
• PMP and CSM certification

(Colorado only) In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the minimum salary for this role is $120,000.00 + benefits. The maximum compensation for this role can vary significantly depending on your job-related skills and experience.
