The Opportunity
DAT is seeking a full-time Revenue Operations Specialist (Marketing Partner) to join the Revenue Operations Team. This position can be based in Denver, CO or Beaverton, OR.

What You’ll Do
As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be aligned with our Marketing and Sales teams to ensure cross-functional collaboration, documentation, and execution of the lead-to-opportunity process. You will be a sales and marketing systems and process subject matter expert, training and or advising various business partners across the organization. You will focus on overall productivity through lead process optimization, supporting strategic initiatives, identifying opportunities for additional revenue, and data monitoring. This position is essential for scaling the systems and processes that support the sales organization and works with multiple departments including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing.
Revenue Operations Specialist Responsibilities:
- Align Marketing and Sales systems and processes to drive desired outcomes.
- Analyze and maintain lead process flows across a complex organization.
- Develop and maintain analytics reporting, dashboards, and communications to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Implement and operate the right cadence for process and data reviews.
- Work closely with leadership across teams to define and operationalize key KPIs.
- Identify & implement process automation and improvement opportunities to increase sales, success, and marketing productivity.
- Perform ad hoc analysis for various departments throughout the organization to guide Business strategy.
- Work across the organization to ensure consistent reporting and operations.
- work in a consultative manner in relation to operational needs in relation to strategic initiatives.
The Skills and Experience You’ll Bring
- 2-4 years of related support and operations experience.
- College degree or work experience equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of lead-to-opportunity processes.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce CRM and Pardot, Marketing Cloud or similar marketing tools.
- Previous experience reporting cross-functionally between marketing and sales.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-resolution, and creative thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail spanning across multiple systems and formats.
- Experience with data cleanliness.
- A sense of urgency and flexibility.
- SaaS experience a plus.
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

For Colorado-based candidates, in compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the minimum salary for this role is $105,000.00 + benefits. The maximum compensation for this role can vary significantly depending on your job-related skills and experience. DAT considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education and training, core skills, internal equity, and market and business elements when extending an offer.
