Our clients maximize their promotions and services within the Bay area by using our AT&T Sales Support Representative team to grow the customer acquisition base.
We are searching for a motivated AT&T Sales Support Representative to join our sales team! The AT&T Sales Support Representative will work on behalf of our award-winning client AT&T, which is one of the world’s leading providers of technology and communications services. The AT&T Sales Support Representative will build relationships with potential customers to discover their needs by providing individualized customer service. This will ensure that our customers are getting the best cutting-edge wireless and internet products and services they need. The AT&T Sales Support Representative will actively seek out and engage with both existing and new customer prospects directly. The AT&T Sales Support Representative must be responsible, dependable, assertive, goal-driven, and have a desire for long-term personal and professional growth. To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to negotiate and build relationships.

AT&T SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Present, promote, and provide existing and potential customers with rapid wireless and internet product/service knowledge and solutions that will suit their needsÂ
- Develop basic presentations, quotes, and proposals for individual customers as neededÂ
- Generate sales by establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationshipsÂ
- Accelerate the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfactionÂ
- Analyze the territory’s potential, track sales, and status reports to achieve agreed-upon sales targetsÂ
- Provide reports to management on customer needs, problems, and interests
- Evaluate all competitors’ activities including new product launches or price reductionsÂ

AT&T SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years of work experience as a sales support representative preferredÂ
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, sales personnel, managers, and coworkersÂ
- Above average work ethic, high energy, and engaging attitudeÂ
- Highly motivated and target-drivenÂ
- Excellent, interpersonal, selling, and negotiation skills
- Travel within a 20-mile radius to assigned territoriesÂ
