TTEC Digital is seeking a Salesforce Experience Leader to join our Salesforce practice. This is a 100% remote opportunity based in the US.
Reporting to the Global Salesforce Practice Lead the Salesforce Experience Leader will be accountable for leading engagements with enterprise clients surrounding their use of Salesforce opportunities of enhancement for transformational goals objective and vision setting experience design consulting activities and methodology advising CSuite leaders and their teams within innovation lifecycles such as prototyping piloting launching new Salesforce technology and advising on a Customer360.
What this role entails:

Execution of similar strategies in a matrix environment previously and comfortable sitting between crafting a vision and the realities of implementation. Comfortable around agile and adaptive delivery methodology and basic devops principles. Support activities ranging from advisory oversight of an enterprise build team to building a prototype or running key strategic initiatives to define a roadmap.

In addition to the functional role as the Experience Lead serve as a project leader on an engagement and partner directly with a project manager and/or engagement manager to support decision making processes scoping defining work discovery phases of projects and account growth.

Work across practices including our additional technology portfolios (such as Microsoft Genesys Cisco Google and AWS) to integrate into a seamless client experience. Work closely with the Salesforce-direct teams alongside the Salesforce practice leadership team at TTEC Digital to support new opportunity growth account expansion proposal support and strategic planning. This will be a primary-billable role with the opportunity to support internal growth objectives.

$122000 - $207000 a year

This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location work experience education and/or skill levels.
