DaVita has an open position for a Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within our Dialysis sites located on the premises on Skilled Nursing Facilities in the area. They provide leadership and direction to drive operational results, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster positive teammate relations. The ROM manages the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor`s degree
• Minimum of 3 years' management experience leading and managing teams; managed care experience preferred
• Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
• RN or CHT/CCHT license preferred; Minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical nursing or direct patient care preferred
• CNN or CDN certification preferred
