As a Sr Automation Engineer here at Honeywell AerospaceTechnologies, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, implementing,and maintaining automation solutions for our factories. You will work closelywith cross-functional teams to understand process requirements and developinnovative solutions to optimize those processes. Your expertise in automationtechnologies and programming languages will be instrumental in creatingefficient and reliable automation systems. You will report directly to our Director of AdvancedManufacturing Engineering in Minneapolis, Minnesota and you'll work out of ourMinneapolis, Minnesota location.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency andproductivity of our internal factory operations by implementing automationsolutions and by supporting and modernizing existing factory equipment. Youwill collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and work with ateam to design customized automation systems and upgrades to achieve ourmanufacturing goals. Your work will result in improved operational efficiency,reduced costs, and enhanced safety in Honeywell's Ring Laser Gyro and TacticalGuidance Products factories.
