The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy drive growth and optimize performance across various advertising channels. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in Paid Media systems and best practices for B2B and B2C digital marketing. This role requires strategic thinking — a data-driven and creative individual who can manage campaigns analyze performance metrics and optimize for continuous improvement with business goals in mind.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Develop implement and optimize comprehensive multi-channel paid digital marketing strategy to drive awareness lead generation and customer acquisition and retention.

• Create and manage a paid digital marketing roadmap ensuring alignment with cross-functional stakeholders and company goals and objectives.

• Lead the execution of paid digital marketing campaigns from concept to launch.

• Manage and optimize across paid search display paid social display video and other programmatic advertising campaigns to ensure a high return on ad spend (ROAS).

• Measure and report on the performance of paid digital marketing campaigns using data analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Looker Salesforce).

• Analyze data and trends to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.

• Prepare and present reports to cross-functional teams and leadership on key metrics and insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product marketing creative SEO operations and sales.

• Identify new paid digital marketing opportunities and lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement and acquisition.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Proven track record of creating and executing successful paid digital marketing campaigns.

• Experience managing large budgets across multiple digital channels in multiple geographic regions.

• Strong understanding of SEM PPC social media advertising and how they interact with broader digital marketing and business functions.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager LinkedIn Business Manager and similar platforms.

• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong leadership and project management skills.
