What we're looking for
This role will be integral in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized communications and experiences for Vacasa guests across the customer lifecycle, from prospect to loyal advocates of our brand. This strategic position will manage the editorial, lifecycle, and creative/tactical execution of marketing communications across email, SMS, and push - as well as integrating into other touchpoints and mediums such as web, call centers, and more, to establish a cohesive end-to-end experience when consumers engage with Vacasa as a future or current guest.Â
Given the data-driven nature of growth and retention marketing in these channels, a strategic understanding of customer segmentation, CRM systems or platforms, and an ability to analyze and report on trends and KPIs is essential. As a key decision-maker in Marketing, there will be an expectation to partner cross functionally with brand, product, data science/analytics, technology, customer service and many other stakeholders with the ability to manage resources, competing priorities and consistently work toward building an exceptional customer experience befitting of Vacasa.
What you'll do
- Partner with Engagement Marketing leaders and partners to establish a multichannel communication roadmap to enhance the customer lifecycle and meet KPIs/metrics.
- Responsible for the editorial planning and process for campaign content management and executing against creative strategies from creating creative briefs, running kickoff meetings, and reviewing/approving deliverables from content and design teams.Â
- Collaborate with the analytics/data and marketing automation team to help define the customer profiles and logic required to deliver on the data-driven engagement and acquisition tactics. Â
- Report out on the success of programs, campaigns, experimentation, and track against KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Support the unlocking and optimization of additional marketing channels in partnership with product and development teams to build out a more streamlined customer experience across digital and offline channels
- Provide best practice guidance and message management across all established channels while identifying opportunities, trends, and areas for campaign innovation and optimization.
- Ensure brand, legal, and compliance requirements are met as it relates to each channel and for industry regulations.
Skills you'll need
- Strategic program leader who has experience in creating multi-channel customer experiences across digital and traditional channels increasing engagement and retention.
- Demonstrated success in the development of data-driven, personalized ecommerce or promotional customer journeys designed to drive conversion and retention.
- In depth experience in digital marketing channels and best practices across email, SMS, push, website, and social media across B2C and/or B2B2C.
- Ability to translate marketing strategies into Martech Product Requirements and lead the product roadmap priorities with product, engineering, and data teams.Â
- Enterprise Martech product knowledge is required. Experience in Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred. Experience with products such as Segment Personas, Looker, Tableau a bonus.
- Experience creating or executing campaign production processes to deliver multichannel communications at scale. Experience working within tools such as Workfront, Asana, Litmus and G-Suite is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulations such as CAN SPAM, TCPA, GDRP and proven experience ensuring they are met as we build new capabilities and messaging. Experience partnering with legal and compliance to ensure campaigns and promotions meet required policies and regulations.Â
- 7 years experience in lifecycle and engagement marketing strategy and execution of campaigns across B2B, B2B2C, B2C audiences
- 5 years of Martech experience including production, development and execution of digital campaigns and customer journeys with in depth knowledge of email, sms and mobile marketing
Working conditions
This is an in-market role and candidates must be based locally or be willing to relocate to Portland, OR to be considered. You’ll be working in your home office setting. We hold virtual training sessions and weekly team meeting. Occasional offsite team meetings in your region or our HQ locations. Requires frequent, repetitive use of a computer, phone, and office equipment. Requires patient, professional communication with prospective clients, and the ability to build confidence with prospects.
Compensation
- $95000 - $110000 / year
