As a Sr. Wholesale Ops Analyst, you'll impact the lives of everyday people and help them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions. Many of Achieve's clients are enrolled by our Wholesale Partners and this role plays a critical part in the key aspects of Achieve and Wholesale Partner Operations.
What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with Wholesale owners and key teammates to create, develop and maintain reporting to monitor and optimize debt settlement enrollments and enrollment experiences.
  • Lead and support the successful completion of high-impact reporting and commission projects.
  • Provide training on key reporting, dashboards, and commissions tools used by owners, managers, and agents to manage and maximize enrollments.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to create and distribute well-defined canned and custom reports to WS Partners, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop comprehensive content for weekly and monthly business reviews with WS Partners and internal stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Perform regular commission processing, including issue identification and resolution,
  • Complete commission validation (commission percentages, amounts, tier achievement)
  • Create commission summary reporting for executive review, and template commission notifications to partners.


Qualifications

  • Sales Performance Management and Analytics experience.
  • Commission Processing experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with partners at all levels and deliver comprehensive content for monthly business reviews.
  • Expert in Excel/Google Sheets, demonstrating exceptional skills in analysis, presentation creation, and overall communication.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively, and make swift decisions.
  • Dependable, organized, detail-oriented.

  • A strong customer service-based approach to account management.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to take initiative.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
