What will you do?

Your main missions will be:

To lead the Customer Satisfaction and Quality activities for PREFAB BCF Factory in the European region specially ensuring the overall consistency of the quality management system within the BCF organization (plant, engineering, commissioning, and project execution) and managing the suppliers data base.

Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

Supplier Management

• Lead the evaluation and validation of 3rd party integrators suppliers together with Solutions Supply Chain to ensure that are approved by the SAM Process.
• Monitor and control the performance of the supplier's performance, performing the required QCs.
• Management of the suppliers through the project live cycle together with the Project Management team.
• Support Suppliers to drive the relevant quality programs and methods (8D, Lean 6 sigma, etc.) to ensure continuous improvement.
• Lead problem resolution (PRB) with the suppliers when PREFAB Business is accountable, ensuring efficient execution and good KPI.
• Define Annual Audit Plan with Solutions Supply Chain based on the Sales/tendering needs and pipeline as well as monitor the corrective actions defined per the audits (Supplier Quality improvement Plan).
• Collaborate with the Project Quality Lead to define proper expectations and standards per project technical requirements and Customer specifications. Ensure good transfer of Quality files to suppliers (lessons learned, best practices...)
• Notify external in-house suppliers about any non-conformity coming from the DPPM and follow up on corrective action/ preventive actions to resolve quality issues.
• Drive monthly Suppliers review with the internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Industrialization and Operations team to define the IG/OG strategy.
• Consolidate all Non-Quality Costs and drive improvement action.

But you also will be a Quality Systems Lead

• Build, maintain and improve the quality management system within the entities
• Support on developing processes and procedures as well as ensuring the maintenance of these documents in the Integrated Management System
• Plan lead and/or conduct internal and external audits
• Lead the management review and follow up improvement plan execution
• Animate and Challenge Process owners
• Obtain and maintain the external certifications (ISO9001)
• Monitor corrective actions resulted from yearly Audits to be implemented in the organization (related to the product/process audit).
• Ensure effective communication of the Quality Policy to the factory recording evidence of the communication process.
• Communication of the factory KPIs (MDR, FFR & CSI) to the employees
• Ensure the maintenance of the Training Matrix by Auditing the employees

Competencies

• Technical Degree
• Master'sin engineering valued
• 3 to 6 years' experience in Customer Satisfaction & Quality field, especially Supplier Quality Management and Systems Quality.
• More than 3 years' experience in Quality System with knowledge of ISO9001
• Previous experience as auditor
• Demonstrated analytical skills and use of Quality tools
• Previous experience in Salesforce and Procore is highly valued
• fluent in English and Spanish
