The Opportunity

We are seeking a  Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support our client’s rapidly growing team. As a TAM, you will work closely with major AI-focused customers, helping them identify and resolve technical issues while managing large-scale AI deployments with hundreds to thousands of GPUs.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customer issues, collaborating with support to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems

  • Partner with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and promote new products and advanced services

  • Act as a bridge between customers and the product team, relaying feedback, feature requests, and product updates to enhance customer satisfaction

  • Engage and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolution of customer challenges

What You Bring
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, Cloud Solutions Architect, Customer Engineer, or a similar technical role focused on Cloud services

  • Hands-on experience with IaC and configuration management tools (Terraform/Ansible), Kubernetes, and Python coding skills

  • Understanding of GPU computing practices for ML training and inference workloads, GPU software stack components, including drivers and libraries (CUDA, OpenCL)

  • Solid understanding of cloud ML tools landscape from industry leaders (NVIDIA, AWS, Azure, Google)

  • Ideally, Experience with HPC/ML orchestration frameworks (Slurm, Kubeflow)

  • Ideally, Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) 

  • Strong project management skills and experience mentoring technical teams

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
