We are hiring a Technical Lead to work on a pivotal Federal program that is making a positive impact on millions of Americans' daily lives.

What you'll be doing:

Oddball is hiring an experienced Technical Lead to lead shape and grow one of our largest engineering teams. In this role the Technical Lead will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers designers product managers and others to drive and deliver high-quality products to our federal partners. This Technical Lead will manage mentor guide and mold our team drawing on their experience delivering and creating quality products.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years' experience in React & Rails

• 3+ years' experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of designers and developers

• Strong experience with Python

• Ability to successfully breakdown technical items in discussions with the business user

• Strong verbal and written communication skills directed at both technical and non-technical audiences

• Capable of taking direction from senior leadership and translating into concrete next steps and actions

• Comfortable handling multiple ongoing engagements and parallel work streams

Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically

• Must be able to attain low-level security clearance

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science Mathematics or equivalent technical degree preferred

Compensation:

At Oddball it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised actual offer details are determined by job category job location and candidate skill level.

United States Wage Range: $110000 – $160000
