Target Range:

$19.00 - $23.00

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The Treasury Specialist will support the Bank’s Treasury Operations. Those operations include wire transfers, liaison with co-workers in other lines of businesses, bank liquidity monitoring, maintaining compliance with Bank policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Performing accounts reviews, transactions settlement and processing, resolving transaction exceptions or rejects related to payable/receivable accounts, following established policies and procedures
• Analyzing information to determine the accuracy and completeness of transaction data, proactively identifying and escalating risks to the bank
• Providing clear, complete and accurate responses for inquiries, making investigations and issues resolution with client accounts, seeking opportunities to improve customer experience
• Working closely with other teams to implement improvement plans for effective collections and reduction of delinquency, participating in the collection of receivables, making collection calls and other communications
   

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 2 years in Financial Services
• Accounting knowledge is a must
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of banking regulations and law, including
  • OFAC
  • Regulation D
  • Travelers Rule
