Who You Are
Brightwheel is seeking an experienced VP of Customer Growth to lead and scale our Support Onboarding and Account Management teams. You’ll oversee a remote team of 100+ to provide an outstanding customer experience and deliver business results. With a focus on strategy and execution you’ll refine processes set key success metrics and drive retention and growth.

What You’ll Do
• Build & Lead Scaled Teams – Oversee a 100+ person team across Onboarding Expansion & Upsell Account Management Retention & Support hiring and developing strong leaders who drive customer retention and expansion.
• Own Customer Revenue & Growth Strategy – Develop and execute strategies that maximize net revenue retention while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Optimize Processes – Implement scalable workflows that enhance efficiency improve customer outcomes and drive predictable revenue growth.
• Leverage Data to Drive Impact – Establish key performance metrics forecasting models and reporting frameworks to measure revenue impact and inform decision-making.
• Scale Efficiently to Accelerate Growth – Ensure resource allocation hiring strategies and investments align with business goals enabling sustainable growth.
• Foster a High-Performance Sales-Driven Culture – Build a customer-first results-oriented team that is accountable for results and delivering at scale.
Qualifications Skills & Abilities

15+ years of experience in high-growth tech companies leading revenue generating teams
-
Proven experience running scaled (100+ ppl)Â high-velocity Sales or Customer Expansion function at a fast-growing SaaS company

Strong track record of owning and driving customer retention expansion and net revenue retention (NRR) at scale delivering measurable impact on recurring revenue growth.

Experience in setting and exceeding key metrics such as renewal rates upsell/cross-sell revenue and customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS)

Ability to leverage data to drive strategic decisions improve efficiency and optimize resource deployment.

Strong cross-functional leadership working effectively with Sales Product and Operations teams.

Deep expertise in customer success processes enablement and operational excellence.

For cash compensation brightwheel sets standard ranges for all roles based on function level and geographic location benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Multiple factors determine final offer amounts including geographic location candidate experience and expertise.
