Warehouse Operator - Level I

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Warehouse Operator - Level I to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Distribution Business Unit in Jwaneng, Botswana.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Efficient Handling of Goods: By accurately receiving, sorting, labeling, and storing goods, you will ensure smooth operations and optimal use of warehouse space.
• Quality Assurance: Performing quality checks and identifying non-conforming materials will help maintain high standards and minimize cost and quality issues.
• Timely Deliveries: Picking, packing, and dispatching goods efficiently will meet customer expectations and contribute to timely deliveries.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Adhering to HSE standards and using appropriate personal protective equipment will promote a safe working environment.
• Environmental Responsibility: Recognizing and minimizing the environmental impact of your work will contribute to sustainable practices.
• Team Collaboration: Communicating effectively with your team and participating in training will enhance teamwork and overall productivity.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively engaging in ways to improve quality, safety, and processes will drive continuous improvement in operations.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping your work area clean and orderly will support a safe and efficient workplace.
