Learn more about this agency Requirements Conditions of Employment See Duties and Qualifications EVALUATIONS: Qualifications A four-year degree from an accredited university in accounting or equivalent coursework is required.  Four years of experience in business GAAP and/or NAF financial accounting, with a broad working knowledge of all aspects of accounting, sound financial management techniques, in all phases of financial data gathering, summarizing, analyzing and reporting.  Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management, exercise the proper degree of tact, ingenuity, persuasion, and resourcefulness; make clear and concise written and oral persuasions; exercise and demonstrate a high level of sound and independent judgment.  Familiarity and advanced subject matter expertise with software platforms and resources, e.g., Oracle, SmartView, Advanced MS Excel, combined with accounting process experience is highly beneficial.
