The Regional Human Resources Manager in Plymouth, MI is accountable for end-to-end HR service, responsible to staff, lead, manage and deploy the HR resources to aid the business in meeting its objectives. It is expected that this role will hold significant country-specific expertise and will build HR capability. The successful candidate will be a business partner to local leaders and a collaborator with all functional and business HR partners and leaders to deliver a culture of excellence, which can in turn deliver the desired results.

Responsibilities

Leads the Human Resources activities in the specified region

Workforce planning and leading OD projects to align organization to business strategy and priorities

Deliver full range of human resource support to business including Staffing, C&B, talent assessment and development in collaboration with dedicated HR Centers of Excellence

Ensures proper administration of HR processes, procedures and policies following global and regional guidelines

In charge with HR process and policy standardization projects

Partner with HR Business Partners team to implement HR actions to meet short and long-term organization strategy targets

Implement regional talent attraction, retention and talent growth strategy

Coach, support and advice the client managers in people management, organization and employee relations matters

Ensuring full compliance to internal regulations and local labor legislation

Responsible for employee relations strategy at regional level

Qualifications:

Bachelor or above in Business/HR/Engineering related discipline
Minimum 12 years working experience in HR functions

Proactive, diligent, solid sense of urgency and ownership,

Team player and strong communicator, good interpersonal and conflict mitigation skills

Ability to evaluate, analyze and resolve complex problems

Able to negotiate, influence and resolve sensitive, high impact HR issues

Good project management skills
