Job Description
As our Azure Virtual Desktop Support Engineer you'll be on the frontlines of ensuring our partners' success by providing top-tier technical support for Microsoft Azure services and other leading cloud solutions. You'll be the go-to expert helping our partners navigate and resolve their technical challenges ensuring they get the most out of their cloud investments.
What You’ll Do Every Day:

Be the hero our partners need by responding swiftly and professionally to their technical inquiries via phone web submissions and email.

Empower our partners by educating them on supported technologies diagnosing issues and guiding them toward solutions that foster self-sufficiency.

Take charge of your cases prioritizing based on issue severity and keep our partners informed every step of the way ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

Collaborate closely with our sales teams to provide a seamless support experience that leaves our partners feeling well cared for.

Stay ahead of the curve by participating in regular training sessions ensuring you're always up to date on the latest technologies and best practices.
What You Bring to the Table:
-
Experience: At least 2 years in technical support with a solid grasp of Azure services including Virtual Desktops networking VPNs and FSLogix.

Skills: Problem-solving is your superpower and you can quickly adapt to new environments. Communication? You’ve got that covered too both in writing and speaking.

Your Journey to Success:

Within 90 Days: You’ll have mastered our support processes and be confidently handling basic to intermediate Azure-related inquiries.

Within 6 Months: You’ll be a trusted advisor to our partners resolving complex issues and contributing to knowledge-sharing sessions.

Within 1 Year: You’ll have made significant contributions to our support strategy helping refine processes and potentially mentoring new team members.
Required Education & Certifications:
-
A B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent experience is required.

Bonus points if you have certifications like Microsoft AZ-900 AZ-104 AZ-140 or Nerdio-100.
Compensation:
-
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range between $50000/yr - $62000/yr or more depending on experience
