Your role
As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required

• Stabilize and streamline the EDI customer onboarding process in EU Region.
• Enhance the reliability and efficiency of the onboarding process.
• Ensure consistent and high-quality integration for all new customers.
• To identify and address any issues or bottlenecks in the current onboarding process.
• Co-ordinate with external customers and IBM SaaS to configure the maps, including the setup of communication protocols (e.g., AS2, FTP/SFTP) etc.
• Take bottom-line responsibility of delivery and drive the onsite/offshore coordination

Preferred

• Conduct integration testing to validate that EDI transactions are correctly processed, and data is accurately exchanged between systems.
• Identify and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies discovered during testing
