The Role: Field Service Representative - Cooling

We are looking for an experienced Field Service Representative - Cooling to help us unlock further commercial value for our business.

What will you do?

冷水ならびに冷媒を用いた冷却システムにおける現場でのメンテナンス作業を行う納入• 及び保守を行うシステムに対し製品の品質確保顧客との調整を自ら担当し Cooling FSR(Field Service Representative) としてコミッショニングオンサイト修理などサービスの各種メニューが主業務となります

資格

Who would be successful?

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience in Cooling System related job (Installation, Maintenance, Welding work, Design, etc.)
• "License of Refrigerant 3rd grade (in Japan), License of Freon gas handling(in Japan)"
• Air Handling Unit and Chiller/Refrigerant system of knowledge
• Basic Knowledge of Computer / Microsoft Office Software
• Report Writing skills
• Team Player
• Try and error mindset
• Curious to learn
• English communication skill is preferred to interact with teams based out of Japan
• Troubleshooting skill / logical thinking ability
