Jabil Optics entwickelt innovative opto-elektro-mechanische Systeme für Gestensteuerungen, Action Cameras, AR & VR sowie moderne Kamerasystemen. Wir lösen komplexe optische Produktanforderungen für unsere weltweiten Kunden (Marktführer sowie Start-Ups) und begleiten diese von der Idee bis hin zum ausgereiften Produkt.

Zur Verstärkung an unserem Entwicklungsstandort in Jena suchen wir unbefristet und in Vollzeit (37h/ Woche) ab sofort eine / einen:

Financial Analyst (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen (HGB sowie US GAAP)
• Durchführung der anfallenden Buchhaltungsvorgänge
• Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Finance und Controlling
• Mitwirkung bei der Planung, Budgetierung und bei Financial Reviews
• Auswertung von Kennzahlen
• Mitgestaltung, Optimierung und Anwendung von Prozessen sowie Tools zur Verbesserung des Informationsflusses von Buchhaltung über Weiterverarbeitung bis hin zur Profitcenterrechnung
• Bewertung internationaler Geschäftsvorgänge/Intercompany-Abstimmungen
• Klärung von bilanziellen Sachverhalten
• Vorbereitung der betrieblichen Jahressteuererklärungen
• Erstellung von Statistiken, Auswertungen und Analysen
• Konzern-Reporting
• Verantwortung für SOX-Compliance (Prozesse und Dokumentation)

Ihr Profil:

• betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Schwerpunkt Controlling bzw. FiWi) oder kfm. Berufsausbildung (Aufbauqualifizierung zum/ zur (International) Bilanzbuchhalter/-in (IHK) wünschenswert)
• mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung und Controlling (vorzugsweise in einem Industrieunternehmen mit internationaler Ausrichtung)
• gute Kenntnisse in Bilanzierung nat./internat. (HGB/US GAAP) sowie im Unternehmenssteuerrecht
• Anwendungserfahrung in SAP und mit MS Office
• gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
• Freude an einer serviceorientierten Tätigkeit sowie Teamarbeit
