This position is part of our Signal & Power Solutions segment out of Troy, MI.

Summary:

The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager is responsible for all of the regional business unit's financial planning and analysis activity, including but not limited to, preparation and delivery of our annual budget business plan (BBP), and all of the financial information needed for senior leadership to make strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all monthly actual & forecast financial reporting
• Ensure timely, accurate, and relevant reporting for leadership reviews
• Drive the initiatives necessary to achieve financial targets
• Lead regional team on annual budget business plan preparation
• Support regional team on management reporting related issues
• Support special projects and other requirements as needed
• Strong analytical capabilities and exceptional financial modeling and analysis skills
• Prior planning/reporting, operations analysis and budget/forecast experience
• Balance sheet, cash flow and income statement model consolidation experience required
• Knowledge and application of sound accounting principles
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced/dynamic environment
• Must be proficient with computers and demonstrated skills in office applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Must Haves (Basic Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree with concentration in accounting or finance
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, forecasting and reporting
• Excellent knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Strong MS Excel knowledge and working experience
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
