What We're Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced hands-on freelance Google Ads manager (not consultancy) to start immediately for a 1.5-2.5 months contract with a possibility to extend. You'll manage one of our large global accounts ($500k-$1.5m spend/month) in the health and fitness industry, focusing on predominantly display (and demand gen) and Pmax, targeting the US, Tier 1, EU, and Latam countries. You should have experience with advanced, scalable Google Ads optimisation techniques and creative testing, and ideally be familiar with automation solutions (scripts/in-house auto rules). Good English (team mostly consists of  international PPC specialists from EU & Ukraine) and availability for meetings 9am-6pm CET are required.

Key Responsibilities:

The day to day tasks mostly include but are not limited to:

• New campaign/ ad group or asset group setups & optimisation

• Structural tweaks of campaigns (consolidation, granularisation) etc.

• Creative testing and optimisation - managing creative updates, creative analysis and feedback loop with the creative team for production of new creative variants/ resizes/ concepts

• Optimisation of budgets & bids in line with tROI and with a few to maximising net profit

• Placements & audience segments optimisations

• Keyword management & optimisation

We have tried and tested internal best practices and optimization tactics across all campaigns as well as internal autorules that allow us to achieve positive ROI even across these typically upper-funnel considered campaigns that we’ll require the freelancers to familiarize themselves with if we decide to work with them.

Important info :

• Reporting is fully automated so no need for any manual reports

• Meeting attendance - critical meetings (within 9-16 CET) will have to be attended  for cascading of important updates / performance status / communicating blockers with key stakeholders.  We’re flexible but general availability during standard working hours is needed.

• Availability between Christmas and 7 Jan required, and some availability also highly desirable on public holidays/ weekends. This is because the post-holiday period and the first 10 days of January are critical for us due to the significant increase in interest in fitness apps and the fitness industry in general (We significantly increase our traffic and revenue during this time). We are prepared to pay a higher rate for non-standard working hours.
